Walking Tall

As J can now walk, almost run, tear things apart, and be more insistent on her needs, we are learning about toddlers. We are playing with new words like sock, dog, and WOW.

More Birthday Visits

Grandma Kathy and Grandpa Frank came to D.C. for a second birthday celebration. We had a lot of fun, especially on a sunny Saturday trip to Fells Point in Baltimore where my mother met a local coffee owner who is originally from Freeland, Michigan. We also got to tour from Erik of the Norwegian Aegis Frigate HNoMS Fridtjof Nansen F310 that is resting in Baltimore harbor before sailing back to Norway this fall.

Halloween CATS

We did a little face painting to make sure J looked like a real cat. We trick-or-treated in our neighborhood saying hi to all our wonderful neighbors and meeting some new people too.

Happy First Birthday with Grandma

Juliet celebrated her first birthday with family and friends. The Snows dropped by and so did Grandma Nancy! We had a lot of fun, and Juliet loves her new toys. But pictures and video say it best, don't they??
